I have downloaded and have Woo
You can create a PDF file using Microsoft Word. Or you can zip a doc file. The file has to be in a format that can be uploaded to your media library.

The general recommendation here at WA has always been to finish the Certification course first. That course is here: Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1 If you have already gone thru that course, then you have a good foundation and you can continue with "Understanding and Leveraging PayPal". It's just a recommendation :)
I may be jumping the gun but also anxious to get things started. I will double up on my training to get it all done. Thanks so much for the reply
