Five Elements of A Highly Engaging Facebook Post
Five elements of FB posts that will attract engaged visitors
- Name and photo
- Headline
- Visual Impression
- Body of the post
- Call-to-Action (CTA)
Following up on the previous post about FB, a post that will engage consist of some elements that needs to be in your post. Remember that you are a person talking to another person, so do not make it more difficult than it is.
It is just a normal conversation with another person.
1. You want to let people know who they are “speaking” to. A headshot of yourself is best, not a company logo. Save your logo for your FB banner or the banner of your FB page. A company log will not build trust. Personal relation will. Ask yourself what the first thing people see when they visit your profile is….. It is your profile picture.
2. What is the headline of your post? The headline is the hook of your post. Make it exciting and the first thing people read.
3. The visual impression. Make the text readable ( ref previous post), add some graphics and emoji's, but don´t overdo it.
4. The body of your post is where your core message is
5. End the post with a clear CTA. I need to become better at this point. I tend to forget to put my CTA in my posts. It makes me lose potential leads that read my post

You´re welcome. Facebook is quite easy to get started on. Taking some extra time to set up the Facebook profile will help a lot in attracting new followers think it is consistency that is the most difficult part for most people.

Facebook is still the biggest social media platform and still growing according to statista. And I use Facebook as one of my major Platforms to get more traffic. However There are many post types , but you have covered some very good basic post elements there Roy.
As with all the platforms Video posts and Lives are often the most engaging posts. On Insta and Pinterest as well.
