I plan to renew my membership before the end of August. However, I might need a few more days. My payment type failed. I need to update my payment information.

Sure, not an issue Elijah. Thanks for letting us know. We always give folks a flex period in which they can make payment if the first payment or two fail. On third payment attempt a membership is cancelled.
If for some reason your membership is cut off, you will be able to reconnect your membership (in its entirety) when you do have payment available.

I paid for my website renewal, and it expires on December 19, 2023. I need to know why I keep receiving an add credit card or PayPal message.
If you have purchased your domain from here, you can go to
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains
Click settings on the domain in question and check
If elsewhere, you can login the dashboard and also check renewal settiing.
It is always better to login source to find what is vs. clicking links with email correspondence.
In some circumstances those can he phishing, I am not saying they are but can be - better be safe than sorry.
Those messages sound like they're from PayPal. WA doesn't have any control over PayPal emails. But like you said, your website is set for a whole year and you can select the option for auto-renew that way you're assured it never expires on you.
Technically you can ignore it since you're paid up until 12/19/23. The payment info is for the following year's auto-renew.
You can speak with Kyle about the emails.
