I added a picture of myself on my About Me page to give a face to the site. But it is too large and I can't figure out how to scale it down. I tried just doing it in the edit
Yes, or at least I thought I did. When I went to edit it took the page into WordPress. I couldn't find "save" button but there was an "update" button. So "update" was what I clicked on. Is that correct? I do not like WordPress. I finally deleted the page completely and started over and tried to make the picture smaller on the content page with no success. In WordPress I even went into the HTML tab to adjust the dimensions of the picture and there were no dimensions to edit.
Yes, sometimes it's good to just click delete and begin again and I hope it works out well next time around

Hi Rosella,
Sounds like you're using the site content feature, is that right?
I'm slightly alarmed at you saying you don't like wordpress though as all of the training here is based around building wordpress sites. Is it because the "back office" looks daunting.
If so then Marion has a ton of wordpress training in here (just put "marion black wordpress training" in your top search bar) and I'm pretty certain you'll be able to get the hang of it.
Before starting with WA I had never built a site or seen the WP back office and I was taken aback at first but a bit of perseverance and trial and error saw me getting to know what I was doing.
Anyway, good luck with your picture!
Mark

Try putting it into columns with some text beside it, Rosella.
I'll try that. I didn't realize I could do columns in WordPress. Thank you for your advice.
