One way to insert a pop-up opt-in without slowing mobile speed is to use a pop-up plugin that loads asynchronously and does not slow down your perceived page load speed. OptinMonster is an example of such a plugin
Other plugins that are responsive and display without problems on mobile devices include Bloom and Optin Forms.

if it is wp popup lite plugin then it was last updated a couple of years ago and has a few warnings in a smoke test...
if you can create a popup form in system.io then you should be able to just embed the code in a shortcode block....

Once you log into your gmail account that your YouTube is attached to, find the video you want to edit the title of, and then click the Edit Video button below it... see screen print below for an example... which will take you back to the Video details page where you can do your editing of your title.
Don't forget to click the Save Changes button (top right) of the Video details page once you've made your changes.
