I never new this.... I'm a nobody in this though. I see yoast seo telling me keyword density is low..I should increase it....Seriously? Outdated?
A lot I dont know
It is not about Keyword density when using keywords in the title of your ad that gets the customer who is looking for that product, or advice that has a product attached to it. It is about how well you describe in your article what the product or service does that gets the customer interested into buy, or ordering the service from You and not your competitor with some similar product.
Yes I understand that.... But will the post rank if the keyword doesn't appear a few times in the post?
You could write a beautiful post and yet it doesn't come up in search engines.... No one will be reading it
Thank you, gentlemen. I thought so, but I wanted some opinions from those with more experience than me in this arena, before I jumped off a cliff.
Yep keyword density is useless - a completely outdated metric that has not been relevant for years now.
Keyword density is an outdated metric. Google needs to know your concept but their AI algorithms will figure that out.
Put the keyword in your URL and first paragraph, then write naturally, Google will get the idea.

I quite agree with that Ron because it should sound more like you are having an intimate conversation with a new friend who has asked you about the subject that they are interested in. Then elaborate like you said about the subject's background, some other details about the subject, and then round it out with a conclusion that gets them to see that they may need to buy this or that product by being called to the action of buying that thing, or service.
