Hi - you cannot copy and paste any photos from Google or other websites. Once you join an affiliate program they will supply you with the images.
You can use the image from amazon with the use of a site strip. You will notice option gives you the choice to select just image, long as you use that link and stay in compliance with Amazon affiliate service you will be fine. You cannot right-click or copy their image at all.
