Progress Report 1 - A Solid Foundation
Week 1 finished! Woo! I have been going at this program steadily for about a week now. I have created my website in my respective niche with a solid foundation. I have customized the appearance of my website and added informative keyword-rich content. I decided that I would give premium a try and go all in, and I am glad I made that decision. Thank you Eddy "with a Y" for introducing me to the vast network of Wealthy Affiliate.
One of my articles have recently been indexed on Google. This is a great surprise for me because I remember trying to build a website years ago and failing because I did not have the solid foundation and community I have with Wealthy Affiliate. The lessons and community guidance offered here have really helped me understand a lot of things I had no clue about and are probably the best way for anyone to start affiliate marketing. The tools offered here for creating and managing websites is well worth the upgrade to premium and I consider it one of the most important parts of my journey.
In the next 3 months, I expect to make major progress on developing my site and create a few more websites in niches that interest me. I will be optimizing my new site for traffic and maybe even attract my very first customer. I know sharing my thoughts and ideas can be a struggle of mine so I will be trying to immerse myself in the community here at WA more and make more posts.
By the 6 month mark, I plan on having multiple websites all built with a strong foundation, attention to detail, and fully completed with all the requirements of the lessons here at WA. I expect that I will have made a lot of connections and learned plenty of information on online business. I will continue to create blog posts, communicate with others, and develop my profile.
This was my first progress report of my journey here at Wealthy Affiliate and definitely not my last. My progress reports will likely be spread to a monthly update. Thank you Kyle for the lessons and guidance and to all who have helped me along the way and here's to a bright future!

You have Concord the first step from the start. You have set goals of where you want to be in 3 and 6 months which is great.

You’re very welcome Jake. You’re making good progress. But don’t worry about creating multiple websites quite yet. You need to master getting traffic and making money with one niche site before thinking of other. Furthermore there are mistakes that you’ll make with your first site you’ll want to avoid on others. So just take your time and trust the process. It’s a long road. But it will pay off. Stay focused.
