"Quote from Emmanuel Macron the President of France regarding AI"
The president emphasized the effect AI will have on the French economy and jobs. It is the first time I heard AI referred to as a revolution. The symbol for the last French Revolution was the guillotine. I am sure this one will be more peaceful.
Palais Bourbom - Paris, France
"THE ADVENT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, WITH ITS CAPACITY TO AUTOMATE CERTAIN TASKS BRINGS BOTH BENEFITS AND RISKS. IT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY BUT COULD ALSO DISPLACE CERTAIN JOBS. IT IS UP TO US TO ENSURE THAT THIS REVOLUTION BENEFITS EVERYONE."
By Emmanuel Macron

I thought he would be more concerned about using AI to achieve goals like freedom and peace for all individuals living in France.
For sure AI will change a lot out way of working and the big majority of the current jobs will have to evolve. People will have to learn new skills and to learn to tame AI. But it has always been the same in the entire human history...the race to survive.
Perhaps AI can help us find peace, joy, gratitude and share the abundance of the earth and universe. If we can do away with wars and live in peace we can survive.
This is also true! I'm also an adept of AI for positive purposes. I think that AI will also allow us to save time and do more things that we love because we can speed up things that we don't love but are mandatory. Being productive saves time, energy and brings more smiles😊
With age, I am focusing more and more on my inner world (mind) and less concerned about my outside world. Anything is possible in my inner world so I continue to contemplate an unlimited universe.
I totally get it! I have a very rich inner world too and that helps a lot when the outer world gets harsh and dull. First time I became aware of my inner world was when my mom was very ill and I had to cope with that and still hide the pain from her. After that experience I realised that my inner world is often enough to keep me going and growing.

Living in France, most of my French buddies were not overly impressed by this Roger!!
I can not understand Why! I was most positively impressed by the French Revolution's ideals of "liberté, égalité, fraternité" which led to the abolition of feudalism, suffrage for men, and state control of the Catholic Church.
My heroes were Voltaire, Rousseau and Montesquieu. These were the men that said, "Men were born free and equal".
🤣🤣 Love it my friend!
