Chat Gpt Plus is up & running. Apple gave me a real run around
Brief update.
All signed up for Chat GPT 4.0 with Dalle, But I will take any advice on where to look to learn, because straight-out-of-the-gate prompts are the king to both of them and I am sure to all the other available GPT’s. So many which means so much to learn.
Is there a reference site for prompts or is it literally trial and error? I suppose you learn to put them together in a certain way after quite some practice? I guess it's just another class of self-teaching where I need to schedule some regular time. I dread to think what the learning curve is in hours that is needed.
I have today looked at Google Analytics, to see if the new post on columns was in line with the top keyword searches that Google it referred too and I think it's very close. I have also left it open to a 2nd post with even more details on some sections that could have more options. Or if I do get any keen readers of the post as Google sort of suggests, then they can contact me for advice, a better hook, would that be called?
Continuing on with my YouTube video dream, I have been editing, and grouping in albums photos, and I decided to address the issues of not being currently able to share photos on my PC with my iPhone and the same the other way around. It was well overdue, but I had no idea what it entailed when I started, I thought it was just a simple thing of updating my iTunes. Well, Apple had other ideas.
First, my PC wanted the latest version of iTunes. Then it said my phone had to have the latest operating upgrade, which has always been done in the past when they were available, not this last time evidently. Then it was update the iTunes on my phone, then back up my phone to iCloud then Apple wanted a more secure password. I then tried to find iCloud on my phone and PC and I can’t find it!
But my MS One Drive is working and what stared out to get to my photos easy on my phone from my PC took over 3 hours, more like 4 And I am still not finished.
Well, I am for today, as my typing has had it! Sleep is calling

Hi Rob!
Andre did a great job on this subject and I thought I would share what he suggested. I hope it helps! Some AI Prompts To Use
Thanks Howard,
This gave me the basics for what I felt I needed, I was always in the top 5 in my classes at school, except for one subject, English, English!
And that is something that I need more and more right now.
And I have with the use of comps improved dramatically.
Onward and upward
Rob
I rely on Grammarly to assist with my English writing skills. I'm an engineer by degree, not an English major. I know what you are saying.
Check out Grammarly. They have a free trial version.
Hi Howard, its such a powerful tool, and I want it to really help with my productivity, especially with the marketplace changing so fast.
Rob
Hi Howard,
I forgot to mention, I have used the free version of Grammarly, ever since it came out but lately, its pop-ups are blocking half my screen when I am trying to edit.
Are you having the same problem or are you using premium?
Rob
Hi Rob!
I have been using the paid version since 2014. It's much better than the free with more features to improve what you write. No ads in the paid version.
Hiya!
I don’t use prompts any more. I explain the background, what I’m trying to do and what I need.
“ChatGPT I’m a YouTuber and I’m researching XYZ for a video I’m doing on ABC. I need to show the correlation between…”
Be specific and don’t assume that it knows anything about you…. Yet! It will get to know you after you’ve used it some.
Cheers,
Darlene

Don't overthink your prompts. Just type what you wanting from it. GPT is very intuitive, so just explain what you're wanting and it'll do the rest. If you need more out of it, just type more like you're having a conversation. You don't have type with any kind of technical communication, just type casually and you're good to go.
Hi Eric,
After my first attempts, I realised that what you say is right, but I have a really bad habit (unreadable fast written writing) and I do the same with typed prompts, so even though I said it in my head it's not all written down as it should be.
I am sure there is and acronym for that trait.
But it means I need to check my prompts before hitting enter
Rob
You'll be fine. Just type everything out to GPT exactly like you do here when asking your questions. Nothing to it :)
