Working Your WA Business And The Health Of Your Child

Last Update: October 22, 2020
Stay At Home WA Parents Have To Deal With Other Issues.

It's a great feeling having a business platform such as Wealthy Affiliates, where we can stay home as a single parent and build our business. We watch our children and at the same time study WA training material that will launch us further along in our careers. Viewing 'live' weekly webinars and communicating with other well-informed members in the community is 'the icing on the cake!' It's great we help each other thrive. This Makes Us Happy!

I know they're many members here who were lucky enough to land an additional outside job, or get their old jobs back lost due to this pandemic. Depending on what part of the world you're from, governments and mayors are slowly opening sections of their city back up again. This is great news for everyone!

FAMILY FIRST

_____________________________________________________________________

As a caring parent, you try juggling your WA business and family. Your kids and their health are really your greatest concern. (Who want to see their child sick.) Maybe one particular week, luck wasn't on your side. You're working away in your home office on your Wealthy Affiliate business, when suddenly your child starts complaining.

He mention about pain in their right ear. This has been going on for a couple days now, but has never been bought to your attention. (You've always told your child that when they have issues, to let you know). So now you prepare him for a quick doctor visit.

So you put your WA business to the side, (You can work on building that website later) and take your child in to see the family physician. After further examination he says your child has a severe earache.

WHAT IS AN EARACHE?

_____________________________________________________________________

The Doctor explains to you that this develops when the tissue linning or membrane in the middle ear or eustachian tube swells. As the membranes swell, the opening of the eustachian tube gradually becomes obstructed, thereby preventing the middle ear from draining properly. As inflammation of the middle ear builds, the production of fluid increases.

In some cases bacteria contribute to the ongoing inlamation, while in others the inflammatory response occurs for different reasons. Sometimes treatment is required to encourage proper function of the eustachian tube and reduced production of fluid inthe middle ear.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

__________________________________________________________________

As you and your doctor discuss your child's issue, he ask have you noticed any change in your child's behavior. You had to pause a moment to reflect back on the evening you were working on your Wealthy Affiliate business. You remembered your child did complained that evening of pain.

Your doctor (Who's also an ENT specialist), ran down a list of symptoms of acute earaches which may be related to your child's issues. Symptoms of acute earaches commonly include:

*Ear pain *Fever *Drainage from the ear *Sleepleness *Irritability *Change in eating habits *Change in hearing *Refusal to nurse on one side *Nasal obstruction or discharge

In cases of chronic earache, the most notable symptom might be diminished hearing. Behavior changes are also common.

CURRENT MEDICAL TREATMENT

__________________________________________________________________

The medical treatment the physician prescribed for your child was antibiotics and antihistamines. He explains to you that anti-inflammatory agents are often used to manage fever and pain. You now breath a sigh of relief! Treatment was administered to your child; and now the only thing that you have to worry about is that high ass bill that will come later in the mail. Remember, you lost your insurance coverage months before the pandemic hit.

NOW BACK TO BUSINESS

________________________________________________________________

You pull into your driveway with prescription in hand and a relaxed feeling that treatment was administered to your child. You now know your child will get better. You go back to working on your website, Just like you hope your Wealthy Affiliate business will get better. With great drive, motivation and determination, Success here is 'Ours For The Taking!'

Take care y'all & stay safe,

Ron

As a homeschool Mom, I've always worked from home while teaching my kids, so the covid issue didn't change that aspect of our lives. But it certainly did bring many more families to do so.

Working from home is a different dynamic, one of the good things is that we can be there, when we need the time.

Hi Ron,
You are right, working from home is much more beneficial for the family. It is also beneficial for the environment in my opinion. Maybe working from home will become the norm and a lot of the commuting that occurred before the pandemic will be seen to be unnecessary. Stay safe, Alan

I think that's what all entrepreneurs want; to successfully work from home and be close to the kids.
