Kyle - I did not answer my email incorrectly and I have already answered the questions about spam. I have been doing this for three days now with no real direct answers from you. I have been a premium member for basically a year. Please get me sorted out.

Hi, it looks like some issue with how you've joined, the system may be logging you as just having joined or under a different name

- for example when I click your profile I see joined september and only Kyle's message in there to welcome you one hour ago - so the system has you currently logged in as joining a couple of hours ago

and you are not showing up as premium - there is clearly a mix up somewhere and it can sometimes be cookies on your computer - they will actually sort it for you [though it's midnight with them right now]

I will forward this to Kyle since you don't seem to have private message access at the moment

-also, until you log in it is hard for you to access your website login details

it's clearly a glitch somewhere

What is the name of your website? Though once you are able to access the system this should be resolved too.

Thank you. However, the issue is not this account, it is with my existing premium account. I only started this new account just to try and get some answers. My web address for my existing premium account is: jp.siterubix

oh yes, the system really gets tied up when we have two accounts - I passed your name on to Kyle, but clearly it was the name of the new temporary account - did he get back to you yet, though actually now you may be on your original premium account and not see this reply

if you are still needing this sorted give me the name of your premium account, who you originally signed up as and paid membership for

Unfortunately, I am not getting anymore responses. I got something once from Carson about resubscribing but I never canceled my existing subscription. I even tried to login with the link he sent but I am still not able to get in. I still have no live website either. My existing site is: jp.siterubix (with the .com at the end). My user name is doctorj for that account. I have even sent another email to both Kyle and Carson asking if they could just transfer my existing website to this new account that I just set up if I upgrade this one to premium but no reply. I am really getting bothered by this because I have been paying a lot of money each month for this service. Any other advice you have would be much appreciated. All it ever says when I try to login is that I have not changed my password in a while and it won't let me reset one because the email never comes and it won't let me log in until that happens apparently. Thank you for you help on this. Please let me know if you find a solution.
