Here is a trick on How to rank on Pinterest:

1. Make a new board with your keyword.
2. Next add your keyword twice with two or three secondary keywords in the description.
3. Add atleast 30 pins to your new board with keywords.
4. On every pin you make add your main keyword phrase along with a few more descriptive words.
5. Add repins and likes to your 30 pins with another account...there are also bots for this.
6. Add comments to about half of the pins. Make sure your comments also have your keywords.
7. Bookmark your new board with social bookmarks. You could also buy a fiver gig for this.
