when i try to login to my website page is blank with this in browser/////http://rixgrips.siterubix.com/wp-logmein.php
I tried the your link (Like if I want to login) it's asking me to put in the name and password, does it show the same to you?
all seems to work fine until I get to the Admin details page the button to the right of reset password Login Now the blue button when i click on that blue Login Now button it rerouts me to a BLANK PAGE.

I think this issue should be fixed by the help center, you're not a premium member, so can you write a detailed messaged about your problem? I will forward it for you to help support since I'm a premium member.
yes i just tried that again the same thing happens i login go directly to WEBSITE on the left-hand column click on website go to next page LOGIN click on that it goe to Your Website Administrator Users LOGIN NOW click on it or login now this is where it takes me to a blank page.

Have you tried putting it in adding the www. and/or taking off the .php on the end?
I have tried the help center seems the support is only for paying customers. I have not yet upgraded.
