Are you using in-between time?
Ever notice those little windows of opportunity that pass through our lives every day? They arrive without fanfare, so it's easy to not notice, they sneak past us many times, everyday. A meeting starts late. The train is crossing. Can I put you on hold, thank you.
Those bits of time can add up quicker than we imagine. Thirty minutes of in-between time can easily turn into 30 minutes a day and for a year that's more than 3 wks at no cost. Could we all use 3 weeks of free time? Absolutely!
What we don't plan for?
They are wasted if we don't have a plan in place. Consistent planning leverages time and will increase focus on those insignificant actions or small do-its, that are without deadlines, that could fit in-between time.

We sometimes stress at end of day for not meeting our own expectations. Use what time you have; work smarter, chill and stay in control.
Don't stay busy but be productive. The big important stuff doesn't have to be perfect. Prepared for yes, but plan time for all those little chores we never have time for. Try it for a month and be amazed at how much more time there is; in-between.
