In Honor of a Member!

One of my previous blogs that I did was on Apollo 11, I received a message from one of our members. He stated that he was a relative of John Glenn the Astronaut.

He became the first American to orbit the Earth in 1962. Later on he became a US Senator. He was a good roll model and American hero.

He was born on 07/18/1921 and he died, 12/08/2016 at the age of 95.

That is really neat, Congratulations!

It is good to communication with our members because then we can find out some of the Great History in our families.
