Good Afternoon.

Today is a karate day which means I have class at 5 so I was thinking of writing a post for today, and then Karate popped into my head and so here I am writing about how is karate similar to owning a site?

Here's what I think.

When starting either a site or even karate, you're learning in what I call "Baby steps" We don't go right to the top of Google's pages! We don't get to a black belt after learning for a week, it takes so much time, practice, and a lot of patience (I had to learn more about this)

But with your site, it's going to take a lot of work! Even in Karate I will be getting and blue and yellow belt and I am not being given this like a freebie, I worked for this belt! And owning a site is the same..what am I saying? Keep reading.

When your site is first taking off, there will be small issues or big ones. But you can fix those mistakes and get your site up and on to google!

Google loves your site!

They really do! No matter what it is about, they still will rank you on their platform. Here's what I am saying.

When you post that first post your mind is racing and thinking. "OK, I need to see if it's been found yet!" But wait! Don't rush it ok?

Look at it this way. If I was rushing my karate to get the next belt I wouldn't learn anything, I would not learn to defend myself from someone who would want to hurt me. (Don't go against me anytime soon) If someone came at me with a gun, I would be like oh dang! What do I do?! When it comes to getting on to google you have to wait and sometimes wait, but you will get on there!

What I would do is kick the gun out of their hand and then take them down. That's what Google might do, you might not get onto google the first day! But you will get on there soon! Getting on to page 2 was a huge thing for my site! I was so happy to know that all the hard work was put into action!

So here is the bottom line.

1:Don't rush the training.

2: Keep an open mind

3:Keep writing!

4: Don't ever give up on yourself!

Have a great rest of your day!

OSS!! (A form of greeting)

So true Rebekah!

Like learning anything new, be it a language, new profession, karate or affiliate marketing, we all need to start somewhere!

To begin with, baby steps are the best steps we can take. It's impossible to learn everything overnight.

So step by step, bit by bit, learn what needs to be learnt, don't rush things and we can all eventually become a sensei in everything and anything that we wish!

I wish you every success in conquering karate, your business and life in general my friend!

I am glad you could see what I was talking about..wasn't sure so many would do the same!

Perfectly clear to me Rebekah!

Hi beks, enjoy your carter's, some good advice there. ✊👀

Thanks!

Very insightful post! It's true that many things need to be learned in steps for the best results. Keep training and keep writing!

🥰

I agree with you, mom!

I think i got the love for doing both from you :) and i won't complain about it anytime soon. I am glad your feeling better! Love you!! XOXOXO

Nice post Rebekah, I enjoyed reading it. My dad was a black belt and 5th Dan Judo and was an avid student of all the martial arts, including the martial arts "pencak silat" from Indonesia where I was born. Keep it up, best wishes from Long Beach CA...

Oh nice! i am hoping to get to a black belt if i am not busy with my CNA work, have a great day and thanks for reading!

My dad was prisoner of war in Japan during WWII, he was caught by the Japanese in the jungles of Borneo, Indonesia, he was a true fighter, unfortunately passed away in Bekasi, Indonesia, in 1995 at the age of 72, which is my age now. I will be 73 October 9, 2021. I will be rooting for you to get the black belt, it is quite an accomplishment.

Well put Sensei :)

Oss, Joe. i am no sensei just yet ;)

lol you are in my book :))

That's sweet, thanks!😁
