Your keyword should be in your title , meta description, your image you use, and in first paragraph, then in your content if it is natural to use it. if you add it artificially, that is seen by Google as keyword stuffing and will see that.
A meta description is a brief description of what your page or post is about. (also known as "snippet" is something you will find below your post (when writing it) in your SEO tool

Hi am i inserting my keyword correctly?

I think you're doing everything correctly except perhaps coming up with another keyword or 2. The 1 tool I preach about the most is the thesaurus, look up your keyword in the thesaurus and you will find a multitude of other words you can use with your WA keyword. Utilize those other words and Google will favor you a great deal plus they will make your post more interesting. When writing extremely long posts you have to remember to keep your content very interesting else you will lose your audience. I feel it is better to write several posts instead of writing one extremely long post that loses your reader in wordiness. There is some great advice from these WA members they are a knowledgeable bunch.

Hi can u tell me do we get sent reminders for monthly payments as i feel like my first month has been completed? And if so how will i go about paying my second month?
I hope you get it sorted, Damien! I pay annually with a credit card on file, so there is no headache!
Jeff
I think it's automatic, you can check in your profile and go to accounts to check. You can also print out the invoices or save them to your computer.
I would set up a reminder in the calender of the date they take payments
Hi - payments are taken automatically on the day they are due. You don't get any notification.
