I am currently am engaged in a coaching/speaking/writing business. Internet marketing is integrally related to all three.
I mentioned Morthland College in my earlier bio and blog posts. It was a great ride. I started out as an adjunct professor, quickly went to teaching full time and became the department chair of Biblical Studies. Then I shared responsibilities as the department chair and as the dean of academic affairs.
After that, we passed on the department chair responsibility to one of my colleagues.
After spending a while as academic dean, I moved into the position of provost. My assistant moved into the dean's position.
After a couple of years of that, I retired as provost in May of 2016.
During this time, the college received full accreditation from TRACS, (The Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools).
We also were members of the NCCAA (National Christian College Athletic Association.) We won a national invitational basketball tournament, held at Oakland City University, in 2016.
After retiring from the college In 2016, I completed two books. One of them, 21 Ways the Principle of Leaving: Why You Should Apply this Shocking Key to Marital Bliss, hit the Amazon Best-Sellers' list in June. I had started that book before the retirement in May. The other book is From Mountains to Molehills: Overcoming and Celebrating Your Differences in Marriage. That is the second in the six-book series: The LOVING Way to a Successful Marriage: Six Keys to Marital Bliss. It also hit the Amazon Best-Sellers' list shortly after it launched.
I also am able to accept more speaking engagements now too. I am a bivocational minister
I have kept my WA membership through this time and plan to get back into it more. Actually, much of what I learned here has helped with "the day job," with getting the book on the best-seller's list, and with forming a foundation for marketing my current speaking, writing, and coaching business
