I'm using Chrome, so I opened incognito window, and search Google for "Get Jealous and Lose Weight" and the result was:
- with quotations: 1st result 1st page
- without quotation: 3rd page
So Is that correct now or I have to check something else?

And the reason why I chose this topic to write about although it has no traffic nor searches, is because I believe that I need to write articles that I find useful to my readers away from keyword searches and numbers sometimes.

Yes this is fine. I use keywords without searches and traffic only for new items which are expected to become popular, so being new cannot have any traffic yet.

Note that true ranking is without quotes because this is how people search the Internet. My comments here are certainly not aimed at discouraging you, wish you all the best.
