Hey guys need to find out I noticed that the SEO keywords normally remain blank is it a good idea to add the keywords or should you keep this area blank? Also can this be added

Hi Quake, if you're talking about the Meta Keywords option of any SEO plugin, it's not as important filling in the keywords. I do it just in case they still have some search force. However, make sure to fill in the Title and Description Meta tags manually and as accurate and relevant to your content and keyword phrases as possible. If you want to go a step further, I can teach you how to code a hidden H1 to your blog post or web page. H1 (or titles) have great power for SEO.
Ps. All in One SEO Pack is a good plugin to use. It will take text from your post and use as meta tags. Still it's much much better to always decide on them manually.

No it did make sense I do have a little experience in this but just needed someone to confirm that I was doing the correct thing. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

Guys I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem. SiteRubix says too many of my comments have been marked as irrelevant or spam so I cannot comment or get credits to
There are details on the comment page and feedback page on how to write both comments and feedback. Check that out.
You must make sure you are not commenting directly on the website. You comment on the site comments page and it will let you know if your comment is unique or not then it will post it to that website. There are also instructions on the site comments page which tells you how to comment.
Yeah I have been marked as providing spam, but that was never my intent. How long does the ban last and can I get around it?
This happened to me early on because I confused feedback and comments. Feedback is about the site - colors, headings picture placement etc. Comment is about content and it needs to be something original to you. So saying, "Cool site" won't work. I think the ban lasts 30 days but I can't remember.
In SiteComments, to the right of the URL, the title of the blog post is blue which is a clickable hyperlink. You are supposed to click that link and then read the blog post. After reading it, then you comment on the blog.
The best comments are comments in which you respond to what the person has written in the blog post, like a person who found it in google. Tell them what "helped" you. Tell them if you agree with what they wrote or not. Tell about a similar experience or idea.
Don't comment on the structure of the blog the appearance of the website. You shouldn't put things like "your blog is really great" "visitors are going to love this blog". Comments like the last one annoy me because you are the visitor.
As far as getting your account unlocked, I have no clue. Maybe it's time based. You would have to submit a ticket to find out for sure. If they do unlock it and you're banned again, you will probably be out of luck at that point and just have to use real money to buy credits for the site comment system.
Thanks for the Assist I do believe it is time based once they check whether it actually was spam or whether the users blocked it for other issues. Will have to change my approach on how I comment. Need to be a little more specific.
