Building a Digital Asset!
I have always maintained that a Website is really only an asset when it is producing an income (hopefully on a recurring basis)!
The Wealthy Affiliate Bootcamp is a great way to start building that recurring income. Having recently watch Jay's Neills Webinar on Strategies for Selling Domains & Websites has confirmed to me that a Website is a great asset!

Websites selling for a multiple of the recurring revenue is a great motivator for building and maintaining recurring revenue streams online.
A great read is in fact a book called The Automatic Customer -Creating a Subscription Business in any Indusrtry wrtitten by John Warrillow. The book takes you through all the components of building a recurring revenue for your Business.

I have seen people making money in site-flipping. I have tried to learn about it but decided it's not for me. At least not at the moment.

Domain flipping sounds sort of cheesy, but I've always had a knack for choosing domain names even in a popular space.
