I have always maintained that a Website is really only an asset when it is producing an income (hopefully on a recurring basis)!

A great read is in fact a book called The Automatic Customer -Creating a Subscription Business in any Indusrtry wrtitten by John Warrillow. The book takes you through all the components of building a recurring revenue for your Business.

I'm gonna have a look at Jay's webinar on Strategies for Selling Domains & Websites. I have a domain that is no longer in my plans, and I've always wondered if it had any value.
Domain flipping sounds sort of cheesy, but I've always had a knack for choosing domain names even in a popular space.
