Premium Support
Hi everybody,
Nothing is working properly for me in a couple of day in my site Rubix manager. I had a lot of wast of time thinking it was my internet connection. I have discover today that it was not and I just send a ticket support to premium support while writing those line.
My question for you today is have you ever add to use the premium support service before and how much time did it take for you to have an answer?
Let's hope it will be quick in my case. :)
Update: From the minute I have send My request I have been In touch with someone. My problem was more browser related than anything else, but I received the help I needed to be able to continue my adventure here.

They have helped so so much. It only took the team about 10min to answer my questions.
Wouldn't have got it this far without them.
They are very quick, they are 24/7 and if your issue is hosting related that will get in back to you as soon as they discover the underlying issue. You are in good hands Philippe!
It also depends on who picks up and answers your issue.
some are pros, and some are on their way to becoming pros.
and some of us try to help where possible.
But , some issues are best left for the webmasters of WA.
I have had no problems with them. In fact, they have been better then most. Usually get a response with in a few hours to a day or so. I don't think they work 24/7 tho. Best of luck to ya tho. :)
I tried to no avail ,If you can get an answer in a class or from other affiliates they won't. They will respond to your ticket and help or tell you why the won't.I asked to get my affiliate link checked and never got a reply.I got some info from other affiliates but still don't know for sure.I signed up a friend and it didn't show.Kyle gave me credit but now I don't know if the link will work.They do want you to take the classes..................Best wishes on resolution,Marty

I doubt this is the sort of response he would be happy with and I'd like to think he would sort out any problem you have/had.

Everything worked fine for me always and never had to raise any premium support ticket, hope it would be fast

I have used them on two occasions and they were back to me before I had finished my Nightly Emails.
