Why am i getting emails like this?

I went to dashboard settings, discussions and dont see any headings that say ( register as users ) .
can i change my name from admin to my name?
You should change from admin to your name anyway, to make your blogs more personable. Helps people relate to your better.
In wordpress dashboard go to settings, discussion and turn off the ability for people to register as users...its spam registration

1:24 PM (15 minutes ago)ok so i this is what i did so far.
Logged into my domain where it showed me that there were five different people registered under my domain.
I deleted all registered users under my domain and changed my profile settings, New password and changed admin too BradleyH78.
haven't had anyone else try and register now so hope the problem is solved, I did not however see any functions under any of the settings to block other users from registering.

Thank you so much guys. Was really drawing a blank there. I hadn't upgraded WordPress so after the upgrade the general settings was fully functional.

So in order to see how you doing when it comes to keeping track of your, visitors you getting on your site, earnings per click, your lead conversions and sales conversions. Who

and thanks for the follow while some may say that outside tracking systems work fine, they may privy to say so. But Google with his binary codes tracks everything in there algorithms, now we have the question of accuracy. why third-party tracking systems,
they tend to either calculate plus or calculate minus that means is very important to check the accuracy of the tracking system you use. The one I use works very fine and very accurate most people don't want to use this tracking system,
because if you're using black hat tactics you will get caught and you will get a Google slap that means they'll kick your website right off the web like a football. The tracking system I use is two. to test the accuracy of both because you only need to know about accuracy in two places.
The one I use for my most accurate calculations is Google analytic s, the second one I use, as provided by the hosting company all the actions is happening most with hosting companies, check for the demographics, checking for traffic, but more importantly, Google analytic s, can get you busted,
quick example you have a brand new website, that's been up for probably about a week now all of a sudden when you type in a keyword for that brand-new website is on the first page of Google for that keyword research,
The Google bots are going to go check that what I find out that you're fairly new site that will kick you right off the web this is why a lot of people don't like Google analytic s. this should suffice your question.
Yeh I have heard of this before and do want to make the same mistake, as a newbie i think its important to make the right choices the first time t avoid problems like getting booted off google, must be so frustrating.
Thank you for the info and will definitely have a look into google analytics as a tracking tool. maybe use multiple ones to see which ones work the best for your website.

Thank you Steph, I know there are other tracking tools you can use like Hyper tracker , Bud url and tracker 123.
Wanted to know which one works best at an affordable price.

The landing page is the first page a person sees when they come to your site.
It's still a web page, but you need to make sure it's compelling enough for visitors do what you want them to do, whether it's stay on your site, sign up to an email list, purchase a product etc.

So how would I get paid from this side if I don't use click bank. Will I have to open a PayPal
It depends Bradley who you want to pay you? Some affiliate programs give you the option of being paid directly into your bank account such as Amazon. Wealthy affiliate only pays into a PayPal account. Depends on the terms of the affiliate program and the terms they offer
