'oasis' book completed yeah
LIVING IN THE CAR EXPERIENCE REWARDED
WOW two great things have happend over the last seven (7) days - firstly the book I was writing while living in the car was completed and scrutinised by a business associate. Secondly I made Ambassador on Wealthy Affiliate. Two great achievements in one week - I am simply stunned.
The book is now going to be published by ACE Publishing into an EBook which will sell on Amazon and Apple I am told. Still have a lot of details to work out, but I feel that the last year, while being challenging, and not being able to work at my Wealthy Affiliate programs for a period of time, moving states, has eventually started to come together. All goes to prove that if you stick with it you can overcome anything. The next step in this process is to get the book published into a hard cover edition and launched into mainstream stores. A name is still to be decided on but I rather like "Someday I'll" as so many people put off until another day what they should be doing today.
NEXT STEP IN THE PROCESS
The next step in the process is to get it published in hard copy format and into book stores and other outlets and hopefully those that are needing a hand up and not a hand out will open their eyes to the opportunities that are actually out there in the big wide world. There are so many and while the book doesn't list them all I am sure that many people will be amazed at how simple it is to work your way towards a financial future without any STRESS.
I have managed to find a place online that allows authors to get their works printed and published by themselves - self publishing is a great way to go but without the research I would never have found them. Some of the best sellers are now self published.
SPEAKING TOUR IN THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE
The speaking tour is a project for next year - in the meantime a new website is being created right here at Wealthy Affiliate and a course designed to show people that there are many ways to earn income. While I tell people that having a JOB (Just Over Broke) is great, a LIFESTYLE is better. It allows you to work when you want to and the few hours spent on the internet each day allows you the Lifestyle one desires. Lifestyle means that you get to spend time with the most precious people in your life - time with your family and time to travel and enjoy what the world has to offer.
ONWARDS TO THE NEXT GOAL
The next book is already under way but as it is a trilogy it will have to fit in with the building of new websites and helping people here to achieve their dreams and goals, and designing a course to teach what is in the book. If I, at my age, can do this SO CAN YOU - age is no barrier to achieving what you want - you just have to want it bad enough. The light is always at the end of the tunnel but if you do not enter the tunnel you will never reach the light and while the tunnel can be a very dark place sometimes the light is still there and one must continue to strive towards it. Success is at the end of that tunnell

Morning Dennis, I am actually a Perth Girl but moved to sydney in the early 70's as we were involved with the Car Rally Scene. Then moved to Melbourne with my second husband and when all the wheels fell of that one moved to Queensland and was there until all the wheels fell of during the GFC. Was working in and out of the States at the time, learnt a lot in Washington DC - what an eye-opener that was. Lived in Fort Lauderdale for a little while and spent 3 months in Bellingham, Washinton State. Had a house right on Whatcom Lake and next to the national park. What a difference coming around a corner and seeing deer standing in the middle of the road instead of a kangaroo - that took some getting used to - how on earth did you end up in Bangkok if that is not a rude question

Your testimony gives hope for so many that were hit in the GFC. I would often listen to many self funded millionaires on the phone that had lost everything and because of the stigma from being bankrupt and losing self-esteem had lost hope. Now that is a niche that would tug at your heart strings but more than that bring out your character - forged in the fires of adversity.

You are right and many simply don't have the intestinal fortitude to get up and start again and I am afraid it does not matter how many times you get knocked down the only failure is when we do not get up and start again. I had a beautiful home on an island off the coast of Qld - half way between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. It is not hard to make money - you just need a stable place to call home while you do it. Not possible to do it living in the car however I wrote a book while living in the car and it is now ready for the publishers.

I get your point but the light at the end of the tunnel can turn out to be the train coming the other way didn't know if you'd ever heard that one! At any rate congrats.
Usually tunnels are one way options - at least in my experience - because of the confines of space

Great work just keep it going that is what I say it will happen might not be tomorrow or the day before but it will happen.
My sentiments exactly and the trilogy is well under way. Then I want to write a travel book as I have had many funny experiences in my travels around the world including having a gun drawn on me at the International Airport in Beijing, nearly getting mugged in New York - all life's experinces lol
As long as it encourages others to pursue their goals and dreams. I am an encourager and uplifter and hopefully the older generation will see that nothing is impossible with the right mindset

Yes I had all of his books but left them in the States when I returned to Australia and having worked in the Real Estate Industry I know how to do it but first I need the finance to get back into it. When you lose millions of dollars and your home it is not easy to start again but I am never one to say die - just dust oneself off get up and start again. I think the only failures are those that stay down and I am not one of them fortunately
