I Can't Believe We Are Shifting Again

If I was to say I had a pet hate in life it's that eight letter word - Shifting - yes we are doing it again, boy iv'e lost count how many times we have done this over the years.

Now renting does have it's good and bad of living and you can be at the owners mercy sometimes like we were here and then he just laid it on us last week that he's going to sell the property with in July just around the corner, Mmm to us it was NO as we have to get back into house hunting with 30 too 40 people at every view - Night Mare On Elm St a Key word F@@k can't say it any clearer... but to the credit of the owner he has given us some space, if we get a house no extra charges will be added which is good.

Haha GOT TO LAUGH... We went for a house in our favourite area Helena Valley with 61 applicants and we got it the first house we applied for... there is a saying it's not what you know it's who You Know how true is that... see we have a really good clean track and record with renting and we are a family which helps, but with this as well when we we're in Helena Valley before the owner an his wife loved us with who is best mate with the owner of the new house Haha we cheated I know but that's life, what it shows and my kids do it we leave on a great note as you don't know what's around the corner.

There are good things but there are stressivil one's as well... yes there are... Ok Bond = $4,460.00, connect electricity $75.00 Gas $70.00, rubbish bin for a week $250.00, carpet cleaner $200.00, removals we haven't got the transport and it is easer to be done $150.00 an hour 3 hours tops as it's a 40 minute drive as well $450.00, extra keys cut $25.00, new internet with the first cost $100.00 comes to small amount of $5,630.00 spilt in half $2,800.00 each just a small amount Haha wow I'm so glad we don't shift every day.

My son in-law heads off on his first swing today two & one good timing Tex Lol so I have the job off being the full man in the house looking after our shift which started yesterday and completed by Monday next week, but all so look after my daughter and the kids love it.

Here's To A New Home, New Adventure, New Memories, Going Forward, New Dreams, New Seeds - we are looking at this as going forward in some ways if not a lot off ways in Life - Our Lives.
