I started my website www.hawktownoutlet.com simply out of love for the Seattle Seahawks, monetizing it wasn't necessarily on top of my priority list. My plan was just to do this one for fun and then later on perhaps create a website that is to be monetized. But today I just received an email from Amazon letting me know that I raised $34.44 since September. It's not much at all, of course, but it's something and it actually makes me excited to be more intentional.

I really love WA. I love everything about it, but I'm trying to trim my budget as much as possible and I keep going back and forth. Sure, when I divide $47 by 30 days, it's not that much money, but when I'm trying to actively get debt free, $47 feels like so much. I think, invest now and in the future it'll pay off. I'm sure that's true, but right now, I think I'm just feeling the reality of each penny. I think I need some words of inspiration.

What an incredible sight to behold! Just to see your SiteHealth is awesome. It's been a full month from the day I started putting content on my website. The change in my site status happened yesterday. All these baby steps are slowly adding up. I rejoice in the small victories.

It's far from #1, but it's definitely much further up than I've ever been before. I saw for the very first time a message that said, "Your page ranked #36 on Google for the query". I'll take it! :-)

There are so many big selling points about WA, but one of the biggest, if not the biggest of them all is the community. It's a community that is active and encouraging. The ability to share where we are in the journey and to get responses from others who are on their own journeys as well is such an incredible blessing.
