Getting There!
Hi everyone,
this is not really my first blog post here at WA. I've started writing posts as soon as I'd joined, but at the time there was a big discussion about rank and it kinda made the whole experience turn a bit sour for me as a newbie. So, I just deleted my posts and decided to get back to that later.
In the beginning I was a bit unsure whether what I was doing was actually working, but slowly but surely I'm seeing some good results, such as being number 8 on Google search results for one of my keywords. My website can be found! Hooray!
I've started going back over lessons from the Certification Course and writing down my own notes to make it easier every time I start a new website. I've started a few, but I'm concentrating on building up one at a time. I've just got so many ideas and not much patience!
Anyway, this was part of redoing one of the lessons. The next time you'll hear from me will be once I've made my first sale. Let's hope it won't be too long from now.
Onwards and upwards. :)

Awesome! I've only posted a handful of blogs here, but I do plan on cranking out some more, and more often. I have two sites I'm working on, one for each of the two training programs. Thing is, I'm really busy with freelance writing work, so I find myself struggling to keep them both going. One has been on hold, but now that I've gotten that one a little further along, I think I can catch the other one up to the same level now. It's hard with more than one, but more so in the beginning. I suspect many of us here have our eyes on multiple sites, though. As the saying goes, where there's a will, there's a way!

Yep, I'm feeling the same way. It's a bit difficult to do more than one website at the time, especially when you're still building the initial content, but after that it should get easier.
Once I'm successful enough with those websites and have finished all of the Certification Course, I'll get cracking with the Affiliate Bootcamp.
That's the plan anyhow. :)
Great to hear from you and happy to hear that things are moving along for you! I'm also going back through the certification course so that I make sure that I understand everything and catch things that I have missed on my first go through with it. Keep us updated on your progress!
Thank you. Yep, I thought it was a good idea too. It helps with learning, kinda consolidates it. :)
Hi Petra! What was the discussion about ranks? You write blogs to help motivate, encourage and inspire others. Yes, they may help your rank, but shouldn't be your main reason for writing them. I have written 121 posts here. If you have saved yours, maybe put them back up as a resource for others. Just my suggestion! Happy your keywords are ranking well! See you around again!
Hi Erin,
Lucky you, you didn't notice the big discussion when it happened. It was a huge thing about what to post on WA blog posts and ranking associated to it. It was quite discouraging at the time, as some members had some very strong opinions not only about what was to be published, but about the other members who didn't comply. For me as a newbie, who'd just joined, it completely turned my off from posting anything, as I didn't want to get involved in the heated discussions.
But now it feels like the community is back to being very supportive of one another, as it should be, so I'm giving it another go. :)

Hey Petra,
Great timing. The explanation of your thought process before
and demonstrated the evolution of your thought process. A
remarkable shift from before and a valuable "attitude adjustment"
that you should be proud of as it has established the learning curve. You are well on your way now and best of luck in that
regard.
Cheers,
Ken
Thanks Ken ☺
Hey Petra,
You are very welcome and best wishes for your continued success. Thanks, for the like.
Cheers,
Ken
