Hey Mark,
Put in a support ticket with Godaddy so they can help you resolve this issue, as there is nothing any of us can do for you from here.
Hope you find this helpful.
I was trying to open a ticket here, because godaddy says the code I received here is invalid. I wanted to ask our site support, but since it's just a domain and not a website, it keeps submitting my post to the community. I guess they're not much help after all.
What exactly you are looking to do, needs to be spelled out to the WA support staff, if you do reach out to them.
If you're trying to move a website from Godaddy to the WA servers, you'll need to use the exact email address that you used originally when setting up your website, in order to receive any codes that are needed in order to move a website.
I'm trying to move a WA domain OUT so I can sell it on godaddy. I don't just want to let it expire. I can't sell it if I let it expire. I tried spelling this all out to them, but their system filters out any requests not related to an existing website. Since this is just a domain, it doesn't show up in the selections you fill out to submit a ticket. The transfer procedure is to unlock the domain, which I have already done here. Then you give godaddy the EPP key code, which I did. But they say it's an invalid code and to request another one. That's what I wanted site support to do for me, but their system is filtering out my request.
Where did you go to unlock your domain, Mark? That's where you would need to go back to in order to retrieve the correct EPP key code.
In order that you get this solved quicker... try this...
1.) Go to: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/triblu/messages/sitesupport/create
2.) Select "Yes" to the first question asked...
3.) If your paid domain name is NOT on the list you will be offered, then select any one of them... even a test site if you've got one that you could use.
4.) In the next question, select "Other".
5.) For the title... use NEED help with EPP key code for [domain you're trying to move to GoDaddy].
6.) Be sure to state EXACTLY that this request is NOT for the site you've put the ticket under but [the domain you're trying to move to GoDaddy] and ask the support staff if they can help you or if you should reach out to Carson.
Be sure to provide screen prints of ANY prompts you've received and state EXACTLY what it is that you're trying to do.
Keeping focused will help the support staff help you best. Mentioning Carson MAY help motivate them because if they fail to help you, then do reach out to Carson in a direct message and NOT back on the WA platform.
Thanks, Triblu! I tried it like you suggested. Hopefully they get back to me soon. But at least I was finally able to submit an actual ticket. This time it shows up in the section for tickets submitted, which it wasn't before.
Thank you so much!
Mark
Ok, they finally got me another key. Just submitted it and looks like they took it. Takes 5 to 7 days to complete the transfer, but as long as they didn't immediately kick it back like the other one, I'm thinking it should be alright. Thanks so much Triblu!

Hi, Abie. I'm going to try that and see how it goes. I did finally get site support on it and they said they were looking into it yesterday afternoon, but haven't heard anything yet.
Site support finally got back to me with another key, so I think it's all good now. It does take 5 to 7 days to complete the transfer, but since they didn't reject it right away like the other one, I'm thinking it should work. Thanks, Abie!
