I love your site.
I think the best way to achieve this is to create a child theme and do it via CSS. This will also help keep your changes from getting stepped on if the theme ever updates.
Here is a great training on child themes: How To Create A Child Theme in Wealthy Affiliate There are scores of pages on CSS. You will just need to find the element you need to change.

I am thinking that you need a specific plug in to accomplish this. Go to "add" plug in and check out the visual editor ones.

I honestly wish I could help you, Chef, but I'm just as frustrated as you are! I'm trying to set out photograph galleries (multiple photo thumbnails per page, neatly spaced with nice margins between them) and it seems almost impossible! I never had this problem with other site builder software and I'm surprised how limited WP seems to be in this regard. Hopefully we're both missing a simple trick!
Hi I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination but I think it depends somewhat on which theme you choose. There are different themes (some you may have to purchase) that are better suited to playing around with photographs and images etc. It may be worth checking the different themes that are out there.

I'm trying to add several images on a page, almost like a grid
I always use paint to edit my image first. After just click the Add Media, then my image will be added into my page.
Where is the table matrix or feature?

I purchased thefabulouschef thru name cheap, did the DNS change and now I can't log in. Did I mess up the URL?

Transfer Domain Name DNS from NameCheap to WA
Did you copy and paste uour domain I your domain tab in manage sites and if it shows up there you need to go to create website next.
