A very good first attempt but a few of things you need to change.
Your Category (uncategorized). The link takes a visitor to
How To Achieve Your Goals which is the first entry on your Home Page.
All very well but you don't actually have a category for it.
You also have your Meta on your Sidebar which is of no earhtly use to your readers and the potential is there for you to be Hacked showing your Login.
You also have the Wordpress.org which is uneccessary.
I would also move your Privacy from your top menu and get a Disclaimer to go with it.
You should have a Contact Form on your site as well and if you ever get that site changed to your own Domain I would gert it protected.
Nothing wrong with your site that can't be fixed., but do it asap.
