Answers to Balancing Your Life
We all need to find the key to balancing the diverse aspects of life: the need to perform at our best, the needs to achieve our goals, and the need to earn a living, among so many others you may have in mind right now. One of the biggest of life's imbalances is the disparity between our daily existence with it’s routines and habits, and the dream we have within ourselves of attaining and maintaining a satisfying way of living. We all have an inner longing to be what we feel we were intended to be, and when this longing isn’t satisfied we feel an intangible sense that something if OFF, although we may not be able to identify and verbalize what it is. But that feeling will gnaw at you until you get balance in your life.
What’s the answer?
Our daily habits must be in sync with our desires. If not , here’s that gnawing feeling again. We must create a life that brings a deep sense of satisfaction whether that means providing well for our family, helping others who may be in need, or having interests and hobbies we find fulfilling. Your list may include many other things, but you get my point. We only go this way once, so make it the life you have in your own mind, or else you will never be in balance.Begin each day by recognizing your habitual ways of being, then shift your thinking to be in line with your dreams. Since you always get what you think about, commit to thinking about what it is you want rather than how difficult or impossible it may be to attain. Your thoughts are the currency used to attract what you desire. Stop spending your currency on thoughts you do not want, even though it is more comfortable to continue in habitual behavior. This will be your starting point to getting your life back in balance when you align your thoughts with your dreams. This alignment will completely turns your life around and you’ll be amazed that you no longer have that gnawing feeling that something is OFF!

I agree. Finding balance in hard. But you have to find things that fulfill you and make you feel like you accomplished something.
