Living in Arizona there is one of the most beautiful things here are our sunrises and sunsets. Well this morning I got up early and went for a 30 minute run just as the sun was starting to come up. I always love doing this because I start out my day accomplishing one thing, which is being healthy. I find that accomplishing that one thing early in the morning motivates me and set me up for success the rest of the day. I love running as the sun is rising cause it makes me grateful to live in
