I just created my website and added About Me, Privacy Policy but my site does not have Home and the Privacy Policy Menu indicating the 2 pages on my site. How can I correct thi

You have to add your pages to your menu. Here is a training that will show you exactly what you need to do. How To Add & Troubleshoot Your Site Menus Use this training to help you change your site name. You will go into your Theme Customization Menu and follow the same steps but instead of uploading the image just type in the name change. How To Add A Logo and Icon To My WordPress Site Even if you decide to create a logo, still type in the correct site information :)

I tried to figure it out but I think I need help at this point. I also need advice on if best to create free website or get my own domain.

Yeah I would work on your site and everything you want to do on the free site then when you feel it's good transfer it to a domain you own. That way if you start working on it and you don't like it you will not have wasted anything but time.

while it is best to buy your own domain--it will not hurt you to build it on the free siterubix domain---you can move it to your own domain at a later time----to start click the light blue button at the side that says site rubix----then click site builder---then choose if you want your own domain or the free one for now(siterubix)-----when you start it will ask you to choose what theme of site you would like
I have been here for several years. I have seen wa go through iterations of different ways to do things. Initially they recommended that you buy your domains from name cheap. Then they figured out how they can make money selling you domains and now they do it that way. In general it is always best to have your own domain. We have about 50 domains and we can actually register domain names. Once you have your domain then you can build your website on it. Site Rubix uses subdomains to allow many people to develop free domains and websites here. Once you own your domain you can setup your own subdomains as many as you wish and build individual websites on them for one low-cost rather than paying for every domain separately.
