Hi Guys and gals

Just thought that i would talk a bit about other things that we are doing here apart from picking mushrooms, fruits, berries, and herbs.

I think that I have mentioned that we are also growing our own vegetables -

All our veggies are put into boxes that I built and we have a total six

AS you can see it looks just like a mess and that is because everything is growing like crazy

There are carrots, Celery, parsnips, cucumbers, spinach and many more but the funniest thing is the last picture because even the straw bales we have made me laugh as the mushrooms get everywhere -

What can I say?

The mushrooms are taking over. What animal do you feed the straw too?

The straw is used in the base of the boxes mixed with horse droppings all to make the soil better -
Also the straw is used to keep the strawberries warm!
