Aother Facebook BAN!
Hi Guys and Gals
Well just as things seemed to be going gook - bjaaah!!!
Another Facebook BAN!
I was following my rules five groups three times a day for the past week as today was the last day but bang get this restriction again and I just do not know what!
But
this time it is for TWO weeks not the normal one week!
Oh well I just will have more time to spend on my garden - such is life!!!

I am sorry - I have never heard of anyone ever getting banned from Facebook. Did you get reported for spamming it or something?
Thank you for your blog post Paul, I can't really imagine you getting a ban Paul, do you know what you have done wrong? Interestingly enough I just answered this question on wealthy affiliate: Would you risk posting on facebook if you always got banned? Maybe I should have read your post first!
The great thing is bold that you have plan B and plan C and plan D! You don't have to totally rely on Facebook, thankfully.
Enjoy your garden Paul, I believe this is very therapeutic and it's good to get away from the computer screen for a few hours.

I think that Facebook has too much protocol and you can't really be too free to do all the things that you want. But Google plus and twitter are more flexible and they welcome more liberal use.
Sorry I'm not sure if I'm missing something and I am useless with social media - why did they ban you?
I though the admin only bans you from the group, Paul?
But this time, FACEBOOK banned you from ALL activity?
This starts out as 3 days for the 1st ban, the I suspect if it happens a few more times its a week. Since you've been banned several times, guess that's why its 2 weeks now.
Be careful buddy, too many bans might eventually get you banned from FB forever.
But then, who cares? You have Linked In and Instagram!
Yes again - if you post too much they do not like it and so you will get a ban for a week but this time was two weeks
