same about 1 per week - if I have time 2-3 per week. I have a full time job and makes it hard!

Maybe one per week. But tight now I'm going thru all my pages and updating them to please all mighty god Google :)

I was writing 5/week but now it's more like 3-4. I need to spend the time on the other aspects of the site.

1 per week is my goal for all websites (4)

I routinely write one or two per day, even when I try to take a day off i end up writing at the slightest hint of an idea.

I wish I was writing one a day....but at the moment it's more like 1-2 per week. I do realise I need to write more content, working on it :)

Maybe one a week…..

I write usually 1-2 a day, but I do not post them right then I use the schedule portion of WordPress to schedule them for a few days down the road. Right now I am on a schedule of every other day.

I don't think it will hurt you if you post 2 or more a day, but in the training it is recommended to start a posting schedule and stick to it!
