First Dollar Made!!!
Hey folks! I made my first dollar! Just 33 days from my website launch I made this first dollar...
It was made through a Google Ad Sense ad.
My affiliate links aren't getting much attention. Yes, some clicks... but no one is buying products on their end. My links are 100% relevant to the content they're in. So, the issue isn't there. But, I'm working on getting more traffic and maybe that'll help.
I'm getting around 90 visits a day right now and I just surpassed 2,000 visits. My site has been up for about 40 days.
The climb is really slow! But I'm sticking with it.

Opinion needed: do you feel the 3 square banner ads + 1 ad sense on the mid-right are too much?

I am not sure if the ads are too much, but I like how you have game news.
Great job! Keep it up but I think you have too much on the Tag Cloud. Also the 3 square banners are small enough that I don't think their too much!

hey man can you share some tips on how you are getting your traffic?? Did you do keyword research etc???? I think you are doing fine man....Keep up the great work. I love video games as well.....
I am currrently getting less than 50 visitors a day and i have a site over years now so i took up this black friday offer to learn about these things

Hey Sling16, thanks for the comment. What has helped me: make sure you have followed the introductory training and go through it again occasionally to make sure you're still following it.
2ndly: click the "Live Video Classes" link and "Certification Courses" on the left side-bar and go through the selections and learn as much as you can. These vids have helped me better my website and bring in more traffic.

Hi Patzivota! Great Job on getting your first dollar! I checked out your site and was really impressed. It looks like you put a lot of time and research into the articles. I don't think that the 3 square banner ads are too much. It fits nicely onto your web page.
You said that you weren't getting a lot of attention on your affiliate pages. I don't know it you have already tried this, but try making your "deals" pages more eye grabbing. Add a picture of each game and maybe a short description, then the link to amazon. Let them see what game is on sale. Hope I was some help! Good luck, and great job!!
