The top halves of user, profile, new added plugins, General setting are missing. It blinks then disappears -but bottom halves are ok.
If this is happening frequently you should take Jvranjes's suggestion to write a support ticket. Try the restart first and see if that helps. Let me know your results.

I've been seeing this problem for a few days now. It's weird. I tried to get on chat for an answer. But I really don't understand what they're telling me to do. I'm going to send a support ticket. I'll let you know what happens.
Gavriel The support person told me to delete a plug-in-that solved the problem. Of course we tried a few other things first and I sent him a screen shot of the problem. But It's alright not. YAH :)
Try to restart and refresh, if the problem continues I would suggest to write a support ticket, send them your id and password and they will check from their side.
Okay I will write a support ticket because this has been happening over a period of several days. I don't know what's causing it.

I wrote a support ticket. The support person got back to me right away. It was a plug-in causing the problem. I deactivated the plug-in and deleted it- All is well now
