I just found out that the Getting Started Program, and the Affiliate Boot Camp are 2 different things. I am just starting and wondering which of the two have the best chances
I think it's more a question of experience. Bootcamp is a relatively recent course for those who wish to promote and affiliate WA itself. I'd suggest reading this https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/if-i-were-to-start-a-new-site before making a decision. Rich.

What is better to generate money?

I agree with wendyk, if you have your niche then continue with that. You can get help with keyword ideas if you need it here. But just like wendyk said, then go through the boot camp for information sake as well. Because no matter what you will be learning from the information. But just like Rich said, the Bootcamp is for people who want to promote WA.
So I would just stay with your niche if the only problem right now is the keywords, then later you can add the bootcamp.
Thanks skyhorse. I spent 5 hours on it yesterday. I'm up to level 9 of 'Getting Started'. I'm starting to add content today. Yippie!....I have a question though. When deciding on which keyword to pick from thew keyword tool, I know I'm supposed to pick the one with Article Power between 9.5 and 10, but should I look at these other numbers to make my final decision? How about searches, traffic, competition, and PPC power? Maybe I should ask this question in a keyword forum?? Thanks for helping out!
Wow, 5 hours is like a part time job. I do that sometimes when I have the day off from work. Yes, when you search for keywords you want one with at least a 50 in traffic, and on the competition, you want it less then 300. I will go above that sometimes because you can stay below 400 and end up doing well. 300 I like to stay under though.
You aren't going to get a 50 traffic without a bigger number in searches. But it is the traffic you are looking for to be over 50, and under 300 competition.

I wish my timing had been different to discover WA. I will be back, but I need to complete the courses I'm into already before I can have some extra time to dedicate to this.
Just remember to come back, but at the same time it wont ever be the perfect time. But I do understand that this might not be THE time.
Well, the first month is at $19 so I figured I would put my studies aside for a month, work at this instead, and see what happens after a month's work!
Awww...thanks choppydo. I would if it didn't cost me $50 bucks a month to do so. For me to carry on with this, I would definitely need support and become a Premium member. That cost, for only have a few hours to dedicate per month, is not feasible for me.
That`s not what I mean. Soak up all you can here and get started! Work hard and maybe you will be able to afford premium Within a month or two. It`s a tough road but that`s all the more reason to get started right now!
That is a shame. I wish you would stay...
I do understand how hectic things get at times. Best of luck on your new job and your schooling. Take care.
Thank you IServe. Believe me, I will be back for sure. I see the potential in WA, but I realize money is the result of many dedicated hours. It's not something that happens overnight kinda thing. Can't wait though! :)
