Locked Down means Locked out?
Why am I having problems login in to WA Platform:via my membership Email links?
I am concerned as other than this option how else do I get access to this account if not via the Emailing system from WA?
If I am not able to log in because of this I need a way to my site without delays
This is not a browser thing I have tried with different ones, IE/ FIREFOX/ BRAVE/ CHROME

OK, Lets start from the top
I get emails from WA on every event and membership Training including members requests and updates, everything WA right?
With this I am able to login directly to my Membership page
But this has begun to give problems it took me many attempts to get access today and frustrating I can tell you!
This happens no matter what browser I choose from the WA email link
So my question is this
Should I continue to not get access to WA Platform and hence my site to log in and work
What are my alternative to login in when this fails?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We just checked but did find any issue from the server-side. Can you please try clearing browser cache and see if you are still facing the same issue?

Sure I can do that but that doesn't offer me an alternative as a contingency if I can't log on?
is there a contingency for premium members should this happen?
what are the procedures to move forward to work and get on line if this should become a problem in the future?

I believe the problem is a glitch in either my email system,
Or WA servers connection to the links they send to me.
I believe they are not authenticated correctly, just sees me as a newbie visitor not as a member and subscriber

I've never had a problem logging on. I have a gmail account and use that.

If you are still in China could you not use a VPN to be able too reach the WA platform ?

Hopefully as Jeffrey said it gets fixed or you soon. I visited China in 2011 for 2 weeks, and had a very enjoyable time. People were awesome and the history was interesting to see in person. Hope to go back some day.
