My website is not showing my Posts .How can I correct it?
1. Make sure you have published them and not just saved as drafts.
2. Posts are supposed to appear automatically in the blog roll, i.e. on the home page. So check in settings that you have not changed this by mistake. Perhaps you have set some static page to appear as the home page, and you did not define a blog roll page.

My Goal is now driven by an urgent need. Something suggests I should be more realistic; but being realistic will not solve the problem. How can I best handle that?
Sounds from your brief description like the goal is too big. A big goal needs splitting into smaller achievable bits - so if your overall goal is to earn $100,000 per month then set a goal to earn $5000 a month in six months time, $10K in 12 months and so on.
The only way to achieve a big goal is achieve the smaller intermediary ones first.
Also, ask yourself a question about everything you do - does it help achieve the goal? If it doesnt why do it?
Take your goal and break it down into mini goals that you have to accomplish to reach your main goal. Then focus on attaining the mini goals, one at a time. It will force you to focus on each mini goal, as opposed to focusing on the main goal and being overwhelmed or lost in the process.
Hope this helps!
Best,
JV
