The game of labor day was making the ppinkink ping pong ball into the center hole of the table for cookies and ice cream.

I made 2 shots for the first time in one day, with a big thanks to Cooper Chiropractic, more lasers and traction. After a neck injury from crashing Dec. 2020, this nurse was out of commission. Even looking at a screen at times is mission impossible.

When this happens, walking out of the wreckage makes you feel sorta like you're made of steel. Ha!

A big bite of reality kicks in and makes one more humble.Travel nursing part time is a challenge.

I advise our wamily to work within your level of ability. Don't be afraid to revise goals and sort of make it like a checklist or guideline.

Pain Has Intentions

This is reality; Pain's Purpose is a message or a calling.

A call to action, in which we have to do something in order to have comfort.

Everyone deserves some lavish pampering, it is the payoff. Reap from the labor you put in.

Try these techniques to get your share of rewards:

*A healthy snack-yesterday's BBQ left many options!!

My favorite is the seafood salad with the Delicious tiny baby shrimp.

*A massage-relax with a nice massage.

My fave is Cooper Chiropractic with the laser light treatment. The team is amazing. It reduced crepitus from snapping my neck in the crash. Although it didn't heal right, the relief makes me feel like it's possible.

*Rest and Digest-don't let any guilt tripping go on about your quality time for rest digest and repair. This is so you can hit your next adventure with enthusiasm!

Counting blessings is also a side effect of my pain in the neck. Gratitude reduces feeling of depression while inversely producing a higher happiness quotient. I loved family, friends and of course, the food at the feast.
