I Admit I Was Wrong.
I have to admit, I was wrong about AI.
November and December are important months for me and my business. It is when all the plans for the next year are put in place and any new systems are installed, tested and ready to run from the new year. This year has been particularly busy.
Two years ago when ChatGPT was launched, I decided I didn't like AI. It didn't work as I expected. It was a hinderance rather than a help.
When WA launched AI Writer, I hated it. I spent so much time rewriting everything, I stopped using it.
But here we are in December 2024 and not only have I embraced WA's AI Writer and ChatGPT that I now have my own bots doing lots of the back office work and freeing up so much time.
The annual planning instead of taking months, was done in hours. The new back office systems are in place, tested and running smoothly, all ready and raring to go for 2025.
I have watched AI develop. I've watched WA AI Writer grow and become more efficient.
So, in October when I approached a client, An, who is also a WA member and asked her if she could create AI Bots for me, I think she was not only stunned at my change in attitude about AI, but she came up with some ideas I hadn't thought about.
We partnered together to create Bots for not only my business but also my clients. They are brilliant. Thank you An.
And thank you to Kyle and the team for all the development work in 2024. I know I was negative about it at the start but now I'm looking forward to what 2025 holds. You helped to open my eyes about the possibility of AI. I'm excited about how AI will help me in the future.

Thanks for sharing your experiential journey with the newest tools, AI. It's naturally normal for humans to have that stigma or be cautious about newer tools. It has been happening. It is, and it will continue to happen. But thanks for opening up to see that AI is simply a smarter tool. We use it. That's it.

Many felt that way about AI. In light of fierce online competition, mindsets had to change.
How we move forward depend on our access to/ implementation of creativity measures.
We're both retired. Like you, I don't do boring at all. You've sparked an interest to look into one of your courses. What serious entrepreneur wouldn't want to be a millionaire? I certainly do in the right way.
