My two weeks of coding hell!

So, it's been a couple of weeks since I took the plunge with Wealthy Affiliate. And it has been two weeks of unadulterated technical frustration with coding!!

Okay. That's a complete lie. I just thought it might be more interesting if you thought that I have really struggled and suffered through this whole process!

I have really enjoyed the whole creative process. This has involved writing pages and posts (I consider myself a little bit of a writer, so this was naturally enjoyable) but also doing things like interacting with others as part of the Wealthy Affiliate community, which is out of my usual comfort zone. And yet it has all been creative and thrilling to be part of - I'm amazed that my site actually is something of which I'm quite proud. I can't wait to start Course 3.

Gosh, this all sounds a bit gushing. I ought to quit whilst I'm behind...

My plans for the future:

In the next three months - I expect to get my website to a state where I am happy with it going forward. Not that it will be finished. It will never be finished, but that's not so terrible, I love the thought of continuing to be creative in the future.

I also expect to really begin to hone my skills in selecting keywords to target and use in revenue targeted work. I fully expect to be earning more than all my costs within those three months.

In the next six months - I expect to actually be taking in enough money for this to begin to replace my income with that actually being the case in full by the end of 12 months.

So that's where I feel I am at. And all this without me getting involved in that coding stuff after all.

Bonus!

Nice, too funy!

Thanks - I've just noticed that all my blog titles end with a "!" Maybe, I'm just not taking this seriously enough!

My 1st ex husband was an IBM computer technician and I used to watch him run diagnostic and work with coding. That has come in handy for me, plus I took computer programming for one year in High School. Or should I have added an ! mark....take it easy and see you around the community.

I had a crack at coding long ago and it was like. . . "Nope! Not for this gal." UGH WA is much better. :) Good goals!

Thanks Carla - I have known a little bit about coding (use it or lose it) in the past, but I'd rather not - it just looks scary!
