Every day we are inundated with new members from all over the world. They are curious, seeking and wanting answers and sometimes proof if this website is genuine.

Yes, we have been through it ourselves

What if a new member asked you these 3 questions>

What would be your responses?

1. If you could teach a new member one thing about starting o this pathway, what would it be?

2. What is the one problem that you've solved for yourself?

3. What is the one word you would use to summarise your first 3 months at Wealthy Affiliate?

I appreciate all your ideas, responses and thought in this discussion.

Hi Simone,
1. Follow the training, maximize your time so that you get the most out of it. WA is a great place to begin but don't stop there.

When you start a business financial gain is always the most important expectation.

Don't just expect it, plan for it. If you are not making money it is not a business, it's busy-ness. Don't just shoot in the dark, have a plan with this end result in sight.

2. That number below your image is a psychological tool. Remember your goals. Don't become a slave to it.

3. Fun

This is a thought provoking post Simone.

Your answers are very realistic and true
Focus should always be our main focus in everything that we are doing

It is a pleasure to hear your valued responses

Hi Simone
Great questions!

1. Try to create an environment where you can focus, really focus, on the things you decide you need to do for your business.

2. When I started I had no experience of continuous generation of ideas and regular writing. So I looked around for modern, software-driven workflow solutions. My productivity evolved through 2 sets of solutions before discovering a single software to achieve what I wanted. I now use the same solution for controlling everything that I want to do for both work and personal stuff.

3. Chaotic. I knew it would become easier, and so it did.

Such a calm answer Richard

You gave such great valuable insights. I do appreciate your partake in this discussion.

Can you say what was the software you used that solved your initial issue?

Hi Simone
Thank you for your kind words.
I think I may have said before, so at the risk of boring those who read this - I use notion.os.
Here's a blogpost written last year introducing the idea: :-)
Richard

I will have a read
Thank you for sharing

Hey Simone lovely post which I am happy to respond to.

1) If there was one thing to teach a new affiliate it would be to understand how the Affiliate Marketing model works. You cannot be good at content creation alone. You cannot be good at marketing alone. You cannot be good at selecting affiliate programs alone. You cannot be good at WordPress alone. It works all in sync. If you really understand the model, not just at the surface level but drilled down, you can then choose to go in innumerable directions.

2) One thing that I have solved is both having the confidence and being able to understand how to channel creative content in such a way as to attract followers towards monetization.

3) Pace. WA is a wonderful community with a lot of value through hosting, training and support. It does however eat up a lot of time if you want to be active. You have to make sure that you are growing in your interactions with members, leveraging the learning, filling in the knowledge gaps wherever necessary and taking decisive actions.

Will look forward to reading what other members have to say and from also hearing from you, perhaps as a post script.

Hugh

Understanding the affiliate marketing is key Hugh as we are all encouraged to do

Being confident and taking things at our own pace is another key learning factor

Learning how to use our content to attract traffic is a brilliant way to push forward to progress

Three awesome tips bro.
See my response to Feigner for my answers to the question :)

Hey Simone,

I started to reply, and as you know, I often don't have much to say!!!! LOL

But my reponse went on a bit, so I actually turned it into a blog post, Hahahaha.

Is that okay?

Here's my reply to you anyway: Thanks
Partha

Lol
It wouldn't be you, if you didn't do something like this

Very well I will read your blog and comment.
Hope it answers all my questions :)

If you're a beginner on this journey, follow through the training step by step, no need to rush. Remember, this is not a race.
You may come across people telling you how they make passive income from affiliate marketing, living the lifestyle of their dreams, don't get carried away.
Affiliate marketing is lucrative; people are making it big time, Pat Fynn and a host of others, but it requires hard work, patience, perseverance and research.
However, if you are committed to the journey, the sky is your limit.
Always put your audience first, understand them and position your content to help them.
Write valuable and helpful content
Don't hesitate to ask questions and ask for help when needed.
Take part in the community activities.
Like, comment, teach, ask a question, get involved
I"m still learning too, I have a long way to go, I will keep learning.
