Good evening and welcome to the WA family.

Those are excellent goals but I would suggest that you should consider increasing the number of hours you are prepared to put in.

Enjoy the excellent training from Kyle and ask if you have any questions as we are all here to help you and each other to achieve our goals.

Hi Candy,

It is important to set goals that are realistic and attainable. However, you have to take the necessary actions to make them a reality.

Once you are willing to put in the time and effort to complete the training and implement the knowledge and skills to get your business up and running, you sure can achieve your financial goals that you have set for yourself.

"There's no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love. There is only a scarcity of resolve to make it happen. " -Wayne Dyer

Much success on your journey here at WA!

Hey Candy,

What you said makes good sense...

Just to give you an idea of what my target market is...

Frontline workers ... police force...ambulance officers... firefighters hospital workers.. also politicians also are interested in this program being taught in schools...prisons are another market I am interested in targeting with politicians... along with the general public, this program will be offered...

So my thoughts are that the police force will need to have their own private members page to have communion with each other daily

schools will have to have their own private members page to have communion with each other daily...

etc...etc...

As for the idea of making myself available Hmm good question...

It's a bit of a monster I have got going here...

See where it leads...

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated .. I am in the baby crawling stages of this project...

Cheers

Ok, for the students you may set up a mentorship program so the more advanced students may supervise groups of twos with the freedom of mentors to work together. I would actually encourage it. Maybe some volunteers who mentors could turn to if they can't arrive at a solution alone.

The adults may actually be able to work things out without any need for monitoring.

It would help greatly to help the program grow by allowing the members to write training also. Of course with a team of reviewers because you will want quality.

I think it's a must if you wish to do something even half the scale of WA.

I just don't see it as a one man's project.

Yep I agree it’s a monster I have created.... And yes way to big for one man. You input is appreciated by the ways ...

My thoughts for now though I will try to get the site up and running and offer to the public first ....

I have political people waiting on me for the website to be published they want to get this program approved endorsement and into operation....

I am not the sharpest knife in the draw
I could not even read when I left school so it’s a very slow pace of learning to build a website and putting content in the site ...

Perhaps down the road yourself and some of the other marketers can have a meeting to come up with a idea on how to market this business ....

I am thinking along the lines of a marketer in each country to manage and run this business in their own language....

Any ways I will let you know when my site is up some proof reading and opinion of the website or things that may need improvement your input would be appreciated This is my first website and am a cluelessness website designer

Cheers for getting back and sharing your thoughts on this project....your input is valuable to me

Hi DM,

Might I suggest a blueprint first showing your vision. Breaking up in to small manageable parts may help. Then you chose the most important and start there.

I believe it will be easier than taking it on as a whole right away.

Hey Candy. I don’t really have a vision or a blueprint plan. I am creating as I go....

This is a program that is not out their so it is being created as I go. For example the discussion about schools students on this program. The parents are also needed to be on the program and also teachers. So I am thinking that the teachers and parents can take the lead in teaching this program...since they are required to be on this program themselves . This is an example of creating for each market as I go...not sure how to sell it to schools yet. Hmmmm I will work it out as I go along...

As for where to start Hmmmm well I am going to get the website up and content completed and start finding out how to get traffic to the website get subscribers to the program my goal is for 1000 subscribers get the site working how I want it to engaging with the students each day until I can pull away and let the older ones share a tutor the new ones.

I am thinking that once it’s running and the bugs sorted out then perhaps target government contracts...

As I said creating as I go lots of maybe this and maybe that’ having some fun along the journey as well.

I am also enjoying meeting people with a bit of power about themselves...which is cool

Thanks again for your thoughts time and input

....cheers

Hi Billy if you don't have a vision yet you should sit and create one. Otherwise you will find yourself constantly having to undo certain features as you go along in order to add the new portions. When you already have your vision laid out you will have less scrapping and bugs later.

Check out this post here https://www.quicksprout.com/plan-new-website/

A plan helps you to build well. The plan leaves you with a clear idea of what you will need to do to achieve your objectives.

Additionally if you are looking for funding a visual plan like this could help you to sell it better.

Personally I would have my needs and vision separate instead of as one plan.

Use the blueprint of your vision to sell your idea. Nothing stopping you from starting once you have the plan in place. You will have plenty to keep you occupied.

Hey Candy. I am starting to get what your trying to share with me.... I looked at the link lesson.... I am from a building background. Architect give the plans for how they have designed the building.....

Another way of building is just winging it just design as you go along.

This idea of a blueprint is starting to sink in. Having never built a website before is totally new territory for me.... But once I build one or two I will get tuned into the basics to the ground up to the roof of a website....

A total newbie but I will master this website building process.....

Cheers for your input again very valuable training....

I'm from a computer science background myself although I decided to teach. What we were taught is that there is a great deal of similarity between what goes into the planning stage of a computer program and a building. We are taught that our algorithm is the equivalent of a blue print.

In the old days, there was a lot of ad-hoc programming. Unfortunately out of this came a lot of failed programs. Planning works better because it keeps us from knocking out walls.

While building a website is not considered by most as programming it goes through similar phases.

Having said that I understand why you would rather just go ahead and build.

It's hard to envision it if you have no experience.

With a smaller site that just have basic posts this sort of ad-hoc way works better.

At the very least you will learn a lot by jumping in and getting your feet wet. It's a giant for a newbie.

A few things to consider. Are you going to have the persons using it sign in? Are the students going to have a sig in area that is separate from the other front line workers.

Will everyone be able to see the same discussion threads?

Good luck.

It's doable.

Hey Candy. I am definitely going ahead with no fear....

My thoughts along the lines of a blueprint are. My blueprint would look totally different from someone whom has built websites....

A person whom has a knowledge of all the tools and how they work and where to put these materials on a website....

Compared to myself Hmmmm well. What can I say....what type of blueprint would I come up compared to a experienced website builder that knows what they are doing....and knows how to sell their services.....

I will work it out though...

It’s tempting to ask for help but I think it’s more beneficial if I work it out myself....

Before I go public with my site I will message you to give your opinion on the website build and it’s operations. I value your opinions. I would appreciate your insight and advice on the website once it’s up....

Once again thanx thanx thanks heaps for your time and advice and direction....

Maybe we connect later to do some business I think you would be interested in what this maintenance program is all about...

Cheers for now.

Have a cool day

Ok Billy good luck.

At this stage your blueprint doesn't have to look like anyone else. It's just getting your ideas on paper.

Feel free to connect anytime. I'll be happy to render assistance in anyway.

Hello Candy,

I just wanted to run a idea I am working on at the present time... I am new here and am trying to get a project up and running on line... It’s a training teaching maintenance program.

It’s a bit like a school program the students are given an assignment 7 day’s a week and they are required to submit their assignment daily.

I am thinking about the students submitting their assignment for all the other students to see and for the other students being able to comment on anyone’s assignment....

Being able to make friends and follow one another connect with others students a little like what they do here on WA.

Your thoughts on all students submitting their assignment for all the other students to see and comment on other students assignment? What would be your thoughts on this idea please?

Cheers

Hi DM, i'm thinking it could be good but it needs to be productive.

One of the reasons this work at WA is because we are at different levels of learning and therefore we are able to reach back to help each other because of the different levels.

Such a program may indeed work if it is set up similarly.

I'm thinking that if this is not the case they will need you to be very hands on in order to offer guidance.

Do you have the time for that type of hands on monitoring to ensure it's not just people talking about ideas without arising at a resolution?

Additionally age/maturity matters in this situation. They will need to be self motivated and disciplined. So it depends on your target group.

Please clarify if I misunderstood how you hope to work.

Hi Candy,

Thank you for the return follow, all the follows I receive here on the WA platform are greatly appreciated by me. I am also honored to, now, be in your network also.

My suggestion is to follow the training: they have laid out the course to follow. Now it is up to you to steer your ship in the direction they have shown you to sail in.

The training by itself will not guarantee success, however, your determination and consistency of doing what the training taught you, will potentially lead you to the financial freedom you are looking for.

I have been doing digital marketing now for over 15 years so if you need help at all, with anything, I am just a PM away!

Shot for the moon it is reachable,

How's your day going...

I have been here for about 4 years now myself. It's a great community and training platform.

One of the biggest things I saw that was missing from the training is email marketing...

...and since almost 90% of my affiliate income comes from my email list I create a free email marketing course to help out my fellow Wealthy Affiliate Members.

Feel free to check out the training I put together for you and all the other WA members at https://fastlaneaffiliate.com/wa-email-trainining

Let me know if you have any questions related to the training. I would be more than happy to help you with your new affiliate marketing adventure...
