I thought I would check out one of my websites to see how good or bad it was, I didn't expect the answer I got.
54/100 for Mobile and 66/100 for Desktop, this is definitely not good.

Looking at the answers on how to fix some of my issues is way beyond what I know
I am capable off let alone know anything about.
Optimize CSS Delivery
Leverage Browser Caching
Remove Render Blocking Javascript
Optimize Images - They are already in KiB but apparently it says I can shave even more off not sure how to do that.

Update:
I think I may have found the problem a Theme an outdated one, my fault entirely, didn't check it.
It's not compatible with the current version of Wordpress.
I will go back to using the previous theme I was using.
