Money Grows On (Olive) Trees
I'm always surprised and fascinated about the weird and unique opportunities available to anyone who is able to build a simple WordPress website. I was doing some research for one of my niche sites today and came across a simple, yet cleanly designed website about olives of all things. 
Many people get caught up in the idea of what's the "most profitable" or "best niche" to get into. The truth is that everything is searched online now, so there is no best niche. There is only the best niche for YOU.
Not only is this small site about olives growing rapidly in traffic (I checked), there are many potential affiliate opportunities, including gourmet olive oil, gift baskets, olive curing kits, and even live olive trees.
Of course, there's also an opportunity to create various types of paid courses and self-host them on WordPress or simply link to them on hosted platforms like Teachable.

There is indeed only the best niche for you. This concept eludes many people. We jump in thinking this will be a good niche, but we do not consider if it is the best niche for us.
I firmly believe that our first niche should be what is best for us. It is ok to branch into other niches, once we have established the first one - we have a better idea of what works.

There are so many niches that its easy to get lost looking for what you believe will be profitable. Much better to be something you know about and really like or love.
