I just jumped off a cliff; a leap of faith. I "retired" early from my job of 20 years as an elementary school counselor.

When I write a blog post on my website, do those following me get notified so I can get feedback?

Don't forget site comments .

Not on your website, but if you click on the pen icon and write a blog for the WA platform, then they will get notified :-)

Yes. by using the site feedback feature!

So if I want feedback, should I write a post under the pen at the top right co4ner so everyone will see it?

Hi Nancy. There are a few ways to get feedback for your site. The official way is to click the "Site Feedback" button after clicking Site Rubix. You earn credits for site feedback by first giving site feedback. WA believes in paying it forward. When you have given two site feedbacks you have enough credits to get one.

If you are new to this, don't worry about not knowing what to do. Just tell the owner of the site what you think about their site and why. By evaluating other people's site, you bet a better idea of how to build your own.

Of course, you can just post a blog asking people to look at your site. Make sure to post a link to your site in the blog. You should also offer to return the favor for anyone who agrees to look at your site.

Site evaluation is covered in the Certification training.

All the best.

I had my page looking great with my logo at the top. But when I wrote my about page, the post covered part of my logo. How can I get the full logo to stay at the top and the po

Nancy, I just went on to your website and think I see the concern you are asking about. Do you want to leave the logo that sits at the site of the logo or do you want to get rid of that & keep the smaller one at the bottom, just moved a little? What is the name of the theme you are using? I'm not sure I have the answer, but I will try to help.

I'm seeking feedback. I want to focus on reaching women over 50. Some of the ideas I have for affiliate programs are Zen, stress-relief, anxiety relief, energy healing, sound h

Thank you for the great feedback! I think I'm going to start with solo women travelers over 50 and within that discuss and promote products related to travel tips, overcoming fear and anxiety, personal and spiritual growth etc because I'll be living it.
My websites are HerSoulJourney.com and nomadiclady.com.

I can see a website with a few posts on the main page and a BUNCH of pages.

The posts will focus on stories illustrating the issues of like over 50 and the pages will delve into the remedies for many of these issues...

It DOES seem like a very broad topic (and it is) but it can be broken down into bite-sized pieces.

I think you can write about all those topics. Healthy life choices for women over 50. I'll read it! Happy trails. Debbie

Hi NancyOsier i don't think that it is too broad. First of all I'd focus on creating content around how to help elderly women get rid off anxiety stress and all those negative feelings. After doing that I'd post some affiliate links of e books that will help them achieve the positive mindset. I think that your ideas are well connected and if you get creative enough you could combine them. I think that these ideas could be considered as the same niche

Hi Nancy, it sounds like you have found your 'end niche': An all encompassing site that's assists your peer group. Now just start at the beginning: You mentioned numerous niches; pick one and start there. For example: "Great after work stress relief for us over 50." (Let me know, I could use an idea or two) So you have your niche; drill down and start building: If people like your Stress Relief they are going to love your next addition (down the road) of Aromatherapy. See what I am getting at? You have lots of enthusiasm; now focus it on ONE of your 'things' you do (want) first. :) Happy trails!

I'm stuck on narrowing down my niche?
